About Handmade Items:

Please remember that all handmade items offered in the shop are art pieces, and must be treated with gentle handling. These items are NOT intended for children, and are made for display purposes. 

About Shipping:

Orders are sent via USPS first class, and are typically shipped out within 5-7 business days (not including weekends or holidays) following the date of order. 

 

Tracking is sent via email for every order. If you have not received an email with tracking, please check your junk mail box, as we’ve noticed that unrecognized contacts may sometimes make it’s way there.

International shipping: 

International orders are sent via USPS First Class International Mail, and include a tracking number. Please be advised that for certain countries, tracking is limited, and therefore will not update during every step of the mail process. This is something that we can not control, and is based on our shipping courier, and the country that you reside in. International mail processing takes on average 2 weeks to arrive (after processing, and acceptance via USPS) though can take much longer depending on customs in your country. 

All international orders made must include a customs form. Customs forms are marked as merchandise with the value of the items in your order.

USA, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore.

Address Change:

If you have placed an order and made a mistake with your address, please contact immediately for change, as we ship packages with the address included in the invoice. We are not responsible for returned mail, or lost mail due to an invalid address. Address changes cannot be made once your item has been shipped. Any cost incurred due to returned mail, or address mistakes will be the responsibility of the customer- otherwise the order will be cancelled. To avoid this, please double check your address when making your order. 

Consolidation:

We automatically consolidate any open orders placed within the processing time, with the same contact info-  into one order. Additional shipping charges are refunded when postage is weighed and printed for the combined orders. Questions concerning consolidated orders may be placed via email (wawe@wawestudio.com) or through the contact page on the website. 

Returns/Exchanges:

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items, so please consider this before placing an order. Returns for items damaged in transit will be made on a case by case basis.
